Job Description
● Maintain standards of health and safety and security.
● Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees (in 2 shifts).
● Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
● Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
● Identify areas in need of method modification and staff training.
● Act as advisor to team members to meet schedules and resolve problems.
● Write and revise SOPs as required.
● Work to resolve and prevent seller complaints.
● Manage and monitor DC's inventory.
