To train and transfer his own sales experiences to the team who are under his supervision To collect all information and statistics required by company in order to promote Sales Targets To Monitor, manage, control and evaluate team performance and responsibilities To Set yearly/monthly/Daily targets of the team To Perform incentive programs for the team To report market competition/activity/price changing/promotion etc. To be Available in route in all working days for check and visiting stores Preparing market visit reports Providing creative solutions to achieve sales targets Route management Conflict management Reporting and analyzing data and presenting in sales meetings
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in relative industry Bachelor Degree Presentation Skills - MS Office Strong team work & working effectively with others Manage people who are under his supervision Ability to Train/motivate/promote Sales team Leadership and supervisory competencies Communication Skills Follow up skills Knowledge on Microsoft Office Excel & Sales
