Job Description

● Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. ● Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. ● Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. ● Compute sales prices, and total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payments. ● Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise and also guide retail sales experts. ● Handle and control a group of sales experts on the retail unit. ● Provide customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. ● Show, promote, and sell products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. ● Communicate with customers outside the organization, representing the organization to customers.

Requirements

● Being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 7 years of experience. ● Improved communication skills and high persuasive skills. ● Good command of the AV market is advantageous. ● Planning and organization skills. ● Problem-solving and analysis skills. ● Ability to travel in Iran.
