● Prepare merchandising and sales tools under the retail excellence manager’s supervision.
● Follow up POSM installation in the field and develop reports from in-market execution accordingly.
● Coordinate with the marketing team to receive all the artworks on time and arrange with agencies to deliver all the POS material within the defined deadline and with expected quality.
● Ensure timely execution of trade marketing plans, especially in key account channels.
● Responsible for all operational communication with the sales team especially with the area sales manager on seasonal/monthly activities.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
● 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
● Fluent in English.
● Good command of communication.
● Follow-up person and result-oriented.
