Job Description Business unit Manager works in close partnership with the Marketing Manager. With responsibility for leading the business unit and business, process and delivering results by developing innovative ideas or programs that will enhance the company's future. Incumbent responsible for developing the overall Business and marketing strategy of the brands, products portfolios, categories and `guardian` of the brands within their area of responsibility.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities - Ordering products, distribution plan, planning storage, financial planning, demand planning for kiosk. - Recruiting sales forces, scheduling working hours, sales forces controlling. - Oversight of all tactical marketing and sales initiative. - Cooperating with marketing manager for implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company’s objectives for each branch. - Launching and expanding new branches of mazzeh land. - Executive advertising and promotion activities. - Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and KPI's to manage the activity of team members. - Cooperating with marketing manager for training the sales team on sales techniques. - Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. - Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. - Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. - Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. - Promoting the brand and products. - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. - Continually assesses our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales. - Responsible for development of Commercial Plan in coordination with supply chain, production, sales, and trade marketing. - Ability to recruit, mentor, evaluate and coach teams member and responsible for cultivating, building and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Ability to travel around Iran. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field. - At least 5 years of experience as sales, operational manager or related field. - Previous experience in building and developing service-oriented teams. - An established network of marketing, business development and account management professionals. - Good Public relations and well-organized attitude. - Team-Work Skills - Stress Tolerance - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point. - Good negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. - Ability to travel. - Ideal range 27-35, male
