Job Description

● Manage daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists servers and hosts during peak meal periods. ● Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance in areas of responsibility. ● While carrying out the job duties listed below, the hotel restaurant supervisor contributes to our continued business success by providing unsurpassed guest service, personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values, and demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical standards. ● Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards and respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Restaurant Management or related restaurant operations experience in an outlet of similar size. ● Previous experience in similar job positions. ● Three years of supervisory experience. ● Ability to use standard office equipment and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. ● Experience with Point of Sale (PoS) systems. ● Ability to communicate effectively with groups of guests or team members of the organization. ● Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information. ● Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
