Job Description

- Carrying out and coordinating all matters related to maritime exports by ship. - Conversation and negotiation and correspondence in English with foreign parties. - Manage sales, export, import and related activities. - Competent & experienced to manage planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, order obtaining, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups, Preparing and handling all necessary documentation from proforma invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures. - Expand export territory consolidation of existing markets by implementing commercial plan. - Responsible for the achievement of sales volume/value. - Gather and analyze data to improve export forecast. - Study international market trends, prices and recommend actions accordingly. - Review periodically market performance against approved forecast expenses. - Support and share management in setting pricing policies and development of new products considering customer needs.

Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree in Marketing Management or Business Management or related majors (Higher degree is preferred) - Good team work and high leading abilities. - Negotiation skills. - Candidates with experience in the field of Oil & Petrochemical products are highly preferred. - Good at Excel & PowerPoint - English must be fluent. - Have excellent oral and written communication skills Ability (both Persian & English) - Market Analysis - Data Analysis - Sales Strategies - Sales forecasting - Customer-oriented - Problem Solving - To be able to meet deadlines - Presentation Skills - General knowledge of Incoterms
