Job Description

Planning and holding meetings of negotiations and communicating with the customer to check the strengths and weakness of the product. Participation in the development and implementation of design and development strategies tailored to the organization's strategy document in order to move in line with the mission of the organization. Review, evaluate and select ideas and suggestions in order to improve the quality of services or develop new products. BOM combination, product and documentation retrieval and keeping them up to date, having a basis for pricing calculations Production of prototypes and holding panels and modifying the original design in order to reach the final product and routine it. Management of ideas, such as collecting new ideas, evaluating ideas, and approving product development plans in order to develop new products. Identification of requirements and obtaining legal licenses to facilitate the development of new products. Analyze data from the prototype to provide feedback and planning for mass production. Design and implementation of a product test in order to respond to continuous improvement programs. Design and implementation of experiments to optimize existing and new materials and processes.

Requirements

BA Degree or greater, Experienced in profession, food knowledge, HACCP, ISO 22000, People Management, professional in excel, professional in MS Office, High Responsibility, learning of experience, Competence at work with others
