Job Description

This successful candidate monitors, analyzes and communicates reimbursement information impacting successful reimbursement applications across Roche Pars products. Reimbursement Manager is a key Market Access team member that serves as a resource on the reimbursement environment for Roche Pars products, interacting closely with all internal business areas including Medical and Commercial teams to identify and support priority projects. The successful candidate will identify, develop and leverage strategic reimbursement opportunities under the supervision of the Market Access Director across all Roche Pars business areas. The main responsibilities of the role are as per below: • Ensuring successful reimbursement of the new products / indications • Ensuring the timely input concerning the impact of new pricing & reimbursement legislation & other relevant information to the business • Ensuring successful reimbursement of the new products / indications both Nationally and for specialist/ subsidized insurers • Ensuring timely submission of reimbursement dossiers to the competent Authorities & ensures a strict follow-up to obtain related approvals • Formulary positioning of Roche products on National and strategic account formularies • Working closely with Market Access, Medical, and Finance to develop BIMs and other value propositions

Requirements

Qualifications: • Business degree is required. Pharma /Health Economics qualification is an advantage. Experience and knowledge: • At least 3 years of experience in Market Access/Reimbursement is preferred. • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment • Fluency in written and spoken English, is a must. • Excellent Networking skills & ability to build external relations is needed for this position. Skills and Competencies • Business Acumen -- deep understanding of pharma industry, reimbursement processes, business drivers, products, local market • Communication skills -- the ability to influence • Builds trustful and effective relationships • Ability to push back and challenge the status quo. • Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Project management skills is required.
