Job Overview We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive and manage our field-based sales in the following regions in iran:- i) IRAN WEST a. Hamedan b. Kermanshah c. Lorestan d. Kordestan e. Ilam f. Karzaki g. Qazvin ii) IRAN NORTH WEST a. West Azerbaijan b. East Azerbaijan c. Ardabil d. Zanjan iii) IRAN NORTH a. Gilan b. Mazandaran c. Golestan d. Semnan iv) IRAN NORTH EAST a. Khorasan Razavi b. Northern Khorasan c. South Khorasan v) IRAN SOUTH EAST a. Yazd b. Kerman c. Hormozgan d. Sistan Baloochestan vi) IRAN CENTRAL a. Isfahan b. Fars c. Bushehr d. Shahar Mahal Bakhtiari e. Khuzestan f. Kohkilouyeh Buyrahmat In this role you will support the national manager to deliver marketing and Business Development (BD) objectives for offices in the region, whilst also ensuring that activities are coordinated with other offices and support the brand’s marketing plan. You will be essential in building the brand locally in line with corporate brand guidelines, and assist the marketing manager in delivering store and regional marketing events and BD programmes to a high standard, in line with the company’s goals and with attention to ROI. As a confident and dynamic individual, you will maximise all sales opportunities throughout a geographical area by developing and coaching distributors, beauty consultants and make-up artists. Leading by example, your strong interpersonal and sales skills will assist you in driving the business in all the stores stores across your area, targeting the best place regions to place the Brand. Main responsibilities include forecasting, monitoring and analysing sales, managing performance, training and development. About the Role • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities that have the value and quality to achieve the monthly sales target • Deliver on-target monthly sales at target margin • Prepare Sales Reports and present, as required, with an analysis of results and recommendations on issues, actions and initiatives • Identify upcoming trends and niches in the market. • Monitor competitors’ performance and respond promptly to threats and risks • Increase area performance by building relationships with key distributors, seeking opportunities to grow sales of existing and new products. • Promote the company and develop sales of the full product range to achieve agreed business targets • Participate proactively in region strategy, planning and review discussions • Provide Sales management with input to the development of the Sales budget for the territory at industry and product level • Training events in UK

Requirements

About you. • 3-5 years’ experience in the cosmetic or beauty industry • Demonstrated sales skills in a territory role with remote manager • Relevant product & industry knowledge • You are results-driven and have a consistent track record of exceeding quota • Good commercial awareness & business acumen • IT Skills - Excel intermediate • Ability to self-manage – prioritising workload and time management • Energetic and motivated, able to work long hours when required to meet deadlines • Able to travel as required by the business Skills • Business-to-Business (B2B) • Sales • Good planning & organisation skills • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Communication in English • Strategic Planning
