Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive sales supervisor to promote and sell our services. This position is responsible for regional sales activities and revenue as well as management and Supervision of regional office staff members. Success of this position is measured in overall regional Accounts revenue generation. Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and manage all sales activities. - Creating a sales budget and programs to reach targets. - Explore & Study the competitor's movements in the target market. - Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. - Regularly reviews the sales team results and performance and defines adequate measures to continuously improve the team's ability.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications: - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. - At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. - At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Having negotiation skills and active. - Strong communication skills. - Being energetic. - Be flexible and adaptable.
