Job Description

- To provide new initiatives to GM Country sales to boost sales statistics in the assigned region - To develop an integrated Business Plan for assigned regions - To develop operational and tactical strategies with a view to growing revenues and 0 Market share nationally - To align Sales Plans with Network rollout plans to propose new coverage areas - To conduct Gap analysis on the network data and customer touchpoints to increase sales opportunity the related area - To provide insights at the micro-level/city level on the customer behavior in defined areas - To identify growth opportunities through competitor and industry analysis and feedback to the business on such opportunities for further development - To provide feedback regularly on S&D competitive threats to Irancell business based on analysis of sales data in the assigned region - To add Value to the channels through the creation of specific revenue streams by advising channel partners on Irancell’s latest technologies and solutions - To develop channels and grow distribution footprint (Dealer network, wholesalers) in line with Irancell Business Plan targets - To conceive, create and implement innovative regional/channel-specific promotions (BTL) in line with Marketing guidelines - To increase Irancell’s Brand (Merchandising) presence continuously by growing Irancell influence within the Consumer channels through viable Co-Marketing initiatives - To lead on customer service improvement initiatives at customer touchpoints (Company-owned and 3rd party stores) - To lead, manage and Integrate all Regional interfaces with support departments - To manage Irancell’s financial risk exposure regarding channel Financial performance - To develop effective communication channels for ease of communicating with channels - To communicate clearly the goals to be achieved to all stakeholders and facilitate decision making thereof. - To provide ongoing management support to ensure that channel partners business to Irancell is profitable and sustainable into the future - To ensure customer support processes, SLA’s and procedures that seek to integrate all customer touchpoints are in line with Customer Centricity defined PPPs.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Sales, Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related - Fluent in English - Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in the telecoms industry/banking industry - Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous - A Master’s degree is advantageous
