Job Description

• Plan and implement appropriate marketing strategies for sales growth • Identify new and emerging opportunities in the market and apply appropriate strategies to distribute new products • Advising and advising sales representatives who work under the direction of the regional manager to achieve the set sales goals in the desired time period and thus increase overall sales of products Hiring, training and advising new sales and distribution staff in the areas under their supervision • Acting as a liaison between top executives and resellers on matters such as performance appraisal or changes in policies and procedures • Provide monthly reports of sales and estimated annual budgets for marketing using analytical skills and study market approaches. • Encourage and motivate sales leaders by updating sales agents and informing them of market needs • Hold weekly meetings to ensure no problems and progress according to plans to achieve more sales

Requirements

Full knowledge of agencies and branches related to cosmetics and food products in Iran University qualifications: Related field in marketing & sales management. Previous experience: At least 8 years of experience Special knowledge: FMCG, Market Analysis, Good knowledge of domestic/regional market, cosmetic market (condom & toothpaste & Mouthwash sale specialist) Other Skills: • Excellent command of MS-Office (word-excel) • Good command of Internet and Emailing • Negotiation and sales, marketing skills • Team working • Great communication skills • Goal and task oriented
