Job Description
• Dominant in S&OP processes.
• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Ability to technical understanding of product, material and machinery.
• Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance.
• Familiar with contract processes.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
• Familiar with calculation of P&L and financial processes.
• Management power and leadership of sales team.
• Having experience at Sistan, Fars, Booshher, Hormozgan, Kerman region
