The Region Sale Manager is in-charge of realizing the goals of the organization in the areas under his supervision, to investigate and check the entire affairs related to sale in accordance with the quantities and qualities defined by the company. Main responsibilities and duties: - To receive, control and analyze the representatives’ purchase and sale reports and controlling them with the determined goals - To study the goals which are determined and to present opinions for sharing between sale channels - Controlling the stocks and following up the receipt of order - Supervision on sale and following executive requirements and instructions - To pay visits to the representatives’ places and studying their presence and coverage of products, layout and providing sale-associated educations - Appointing and recruiting qualified representatives to work in the region - Study sale barriers and obstacles and following up for the determined requirements.
- Sale experiences: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as expert and head of region sale - Sale-related education: B.A. in commerce, MBA and other relevant fields - Age: 25 to 40 years of old - Computer skills: fluent in Microsoft office - Able to work well in a team environment
