POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time Bachelor’s Degree Report to: Head of Sales POSITION SUMMARY As a Regional Sale Manager, you are responsible for the full implementation of field sales plans & business development plans for all distributors to deliver sustainable channel growth within his / her region. A DAY IN THE LIFE … - You are responsible for Distributors TPS & IMS sales performance within your region. - You will be responsible to actively participate within ICP process and support definition of Field Sales Strategy to implement Channel Category and Customers Plans and ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the Region and you need to manage Distributors and sales performance within your region. - You need to Implement, follow up and update the Regional Field Sales Plan based on the Cycle Plan. Provide quality feedback/input into the ICP process for the next planning period - You need to ensure that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met in his/her respective area and distributors and coordinate with Chanel Category Sales Development Managers (CCSDM) to ensure local promotions are consistent with Area/Category objectives and successfully implemented in the trade. - You are responsible to develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer/Channel Business Plans in alignment with Business Objectives and plan, manage and optimize the trade investment for each distributor. - You’re responsible to develop and manage the long-term effective business relationships with distributors and business development by penetrating new stores and exploring new business opportunities. - You will be responsible for leading Field Sales team and you need to update and measure performances of the Field Sales organization Structure within the Region against defined KPIs as well as the development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of the team - You need to ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé Management Leadership Principle, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, WHO Code, Safety and local regulations. - You are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Annual Business Plan for each distributor and you need to forecast sales volumes for Area/Unit (Part of Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MBPC) Process). - You need to lead, manage, develop and inspire the Field Sales Team as well as developing long-term effective business relationships with distributors.

Requirements

ARE YOU A FIT? - More than 5 years in marketing or sales preferably in FMCG, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results. - Good knowledge about Sales and Marketing best practice - Has demonstrated success in several diverse sales roles. - Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people - Fluent in the English language written and spoken
