Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all sales activities.
- Creating a sales budget and programs to reach targets.
- Explore & Study the competitor's movements in the target market.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Regularly reviews the sales team results and performance and defines adequate measures to continuously improve the team's ability.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
- Having negotiation skills and active.
- Strong communication skills.
- Being energetic.
- Be flexible and adaptable.
