Job Description

• Lead, motivate and monitor Technical & Sales Advisors (TSAs) activities. • Hold regular meetings with TSAs to ensure full information exchange and thorough follow up of agreed actions. • Oversee and coordinate regular TSAs sales channel / key customer / key opinion leader contacts. • Coordinate product promotion activities, trainings, implementation of communication platforms, competitor observation, complain management. • Implement customer segmentation activities and crop approach. • Participate regularly in u-date and planning meetings with national marketing & sales manager and Technical Manager in Tehran. • Issue monthly report to Tehran HQ (Sales, product development, regulatory, competition, product defense etc.). • Represent BCS interests in all directions in the Region. In addition the Regional Sales Representative remains responsible as Technical & Sales Advisor (TSA) for a part of his Regional Territory. Requirements

o Academic education preferably in Agricultural Engineer, Business Management or equivalent o Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team. o Work experience in agriculture or pesticide business preferred but not a pre-requisite o Ability to recognize, understand and prioritize Work – Life balance. o Adaptability and being open to suggestions, ideas, and challenge. o Able to travel Domestically & Internationally. o Excellent Communications, Negotiations & Presentation Skills. o Fluent in English (both speech & writing)
