Job Description
-Communicate between company, dealers, market, media, reporters and doing all relevant jobs in this regards to the best level of possibilities to achieve strategic goals of the company.
-Control dealers
-Daily contact with dealer
-Preparing dealer’s advertisement plan
-Analyze dealer’s performance
- Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff
-Negotiating with the dealer and regional group sales customer and finalizing relevant sales policy
-Manage sales operation training
-Follow up managerial report including dealer performance, commitments
-Following up the relevant issues such as cancellation, delay, delivery and extra payment of the customers with financial department
-Regularly visiting the dealers and investigating their situation with relevant report
-Dealers stock management
-Following up the delayed documents
-Follow forecast sales plan monthly
-Follow up to delivery vehicles from logistic
-Coordinate with network management and marketing to follow some issue such as VI/SI, planning and activities result
-Confirm shipping plan to delivery
-Review sales progress
