Job Description

•Main Objective: This incumbent is responsible for playing a liaison role between warehouse, admin coordinators and marketing & sales coordinators of the responsible region in terms of communication and preparation of marketing and sales reporting, preparation of project execution reports from JTI Software systems, result delivery and maintaining related database. •Main Responsibilities: -Coordinate with marketing and sales team such as sales persons and merchandisers, Coordinators, Supervisors, Area Managers and Regional Manager to deliver required services and supports -Maintaining & updating customer databases such as classification -Changing routes and customer addition & deletion with confirmation of Regional Manager -Generating sales figures and prepare related slides and reports -Handle and prepare sales status reports in MS-Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Being able to be multitask and pay attention to details -Maintain hard copies and electronic filing system, carrying out administrative tasks such as inputting data, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents -Organize and attend to meetings, events such as marketing and sales conferences, seminars and all Marketing and sales gatherings and prepare related minutes of meetings -Work with Supervisors, Area Managers and business units to determine marketing and sales budgets, event budgets and monitor related expenses. To help and support other staffs of the project (Marketing & Sales projects) -Support Regional Manager for preparing slides and reports from sales and marketing database -Monitor all warehouse transactions and processes in all areas and working closely with warehouse coordinators for preparing and consolidating weekly, monthly and annual reports and present proper reports to Regional Manager and central warehouse -Monitor all marketing and sales promotions and consumption in each area and consolidating related data from marketing and sales Coordinators with confirmation of Area Managers on weekly, monthly and annually and present proper reports to Regional Manager

Requirements

-University Degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Management/ Having MBA will be considered as advantage -Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or administrative role related to sales -Strong communication & team work skills -Strong Social Skills (instructing others, negotiation & persuasion, service orientation) -High level of time Management -Organized with high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork -Familiar with concept of project management -Able to perform under stressful conditions -Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel -PowerPoint proficiency -Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
