Job Description

•Main Objective: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to follow the company sales strategies and implement sales plans while making sure of customer satisfaction in the region by right coaching of the area managers and sales supervisors in the relative region * Region : Tehran and Alborz provinces * •Main responsibilities: -Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and implementing actions to achieve business goals\Target Allocation in Representations -Ensure regional sales performance Develop and ensure execution of regional sales plans -Define Sales Strategy based on the market needs -Searching for prospects & initiating negotiations to boost sales -Manage motivate and develop team members -Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team -Appointing and recruiting qualified representatives to work in the region -Generate sales of the company and maximize volume and revenue in assigned channel by implementation of effective negotiation and selling methods, Identify market potential in order channel and expand business in this sector

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field -At least 10 years of experience in FMCG industry -Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous -Strong communication, interpersonal, team working, and customer service skills -Good time management and analytical skills -Familiarity with supply chain principles from distribution, planning to demand and supply of goods -Problem-solving skills -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
