Job Description
- Lead & Supervise regional marketing activities for all Sales Channels, Overall accountability for local execution - Manage all in-store marketing activities throughout region - Design & Lead comprehensive merchandising function in the region - Execute and Manage regional consumer promotions - Implementation of local marketing plans like events, road-shows & etc. - Run & Audit regional training programs for all sales experts and floor sales persons - Plan, Lead and execute all sales improvement projects across the region - Manage & Supervise the relevant procedures for well-execution and well-maintaining the standard brand-- shop / store identity as per the guideline in the south region
Requirements
- MBA preferably in Marketing or other similar fields - At least 3 years of related experience - Able to work under pressure and time constraints - Strong presentation skills - Advanced in MS Office - Advanced in English
