POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Head Office/ Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time. Minimum 5 years experience as a successful pharma salesperson or Nutrition Team Leader with people management experience POSITION SUMMARY: Manage and lead a high performance team of Medical Field Managers and their direct reports in the assigned territory to provide accurate information to Healthcare Professionals about Nestlé's Infant Nutrition Products, their features, advantages, benefits and their appropriate use within the Code of Ethics and Nestlé's Instructions, in order to increase confidence in Infant Nutrition products A DAY IN THE LIFE … - Work closely with GOM to develop and support the yearly business plan. Ensure medical field managers implement area action plans based on agreed parameters and MD’s contact coverage adheres to plans and schedules. - Control and manage allocated PFME by maximizing ROI and business growth in all channels. - Continually reviews the competitive environment – both for infant formulas and baby food, highlighting and making appropriate recommendations to the business. - Ensure conducting of monthly cycle meetings, instructing the medical field managers and medical delegates on the use of new literature / promotion materials, as well as updates team on new development in nutrition, products and regulations communicated to him by the Nutrition Management. Ensures that action points arising from these meetings are followed up and implemented. - Responsible for achieving a high level of synergy with the sales team. Builds relationships with key sales stakeholders to maximize support for Nutrition products. - Evaluate and make recommendations for participation at medical conferences to communicate the Nestlé Nutrition product range. - Provide the basis for optimal manpower requirement, coverage quality and quantity by classifying the HealthCare Professional (HCP) database to analyze HCP importance to business, thus providing the basis for optimal manpower requirement, coverage quality and quantity. - Drive the Performance & Development cycle (PDP, Talent & Succession) for Medical Field Managers and for Medical delegates through their Medical Field Managers. - Conduct on the job training and coaching of medical field managers and agree with them on area for improvement, to carry out their responsibilities with ever increasing levels of efficiency and efficacy, also includes indirectly coaching medical delegates. - Responsible for the selection and management of Key Opinion Leaders and local BF coordinators in his assigned geographical scope. - Be one of the company’s principal representatives to KOLs and ensure that all activities carried out by the Medical Delegates and field MFMs do not jeopardize the corporate image of Nestle, always seeing to it that these are within the WHO Code / Nestlé instructions as well as national regulations. - Ensure Partnership with key hospitals by offering them scientific support services and nutritional solutions based on their needs; ensure all partnerships follows the agreed criteria and WHI strategy. - Establish strong relation with MOH and Ensure Partnership with key Health Directorates. - Ensure own strict adherence and compliance, as well as that of his/her Medical Delegates and their activities, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.

Requirements

What will make you successful? • Bachelor of pharmaceutical Science /Medicine / Nutrition / Biology. • Minimum 5 years experience as a successful pharma sales person or Nutrition Team Leader with people management experience • Knowledge of the Nutrition industry in the local market including products, competitor awareness, KOL’s • Complete understanding of the WHO Code and Nestlé Instructions • Understanding of the local ethical promotion code • Ability to work independently • Excellent Interpersonal skills • Strong leadership skills • Strong Influencing skills • Fluency in English • Computer skills • Self-motivated
