Job Description

-Monitor unit costs separately, branch costs, and related indicators in reporting periods. -Continuous monitoring of the performance of distribution units, warehousing, planning, transportation, technical -Monitoring the level of service provided to the customer, customer reports, and complaints -Monitoring the productivity of units and controlling the population tree index of the branch -Supervision and distribution of distribution supervisors to settle accounts of suppliers and dispatch and return of distribution vehicles on time -Supervise, organize, plan and coordinate the activities of employees under management -Inspecting and visiting warehouses and branches periodically or on a case-by-case basis in order to implement and enforce instructions and standards. -Check the branch salary costs and approve them -Review and approval of some Cardex documents (expenditures, surplus deficit, factory deficit) -Branch property management and continuous inspection of the equipment of the branch -Control of different branches of the branch through meetings, face-to-face or telephone discussions in order to achieve the goals of the organization -Establish effective communication with sales in order to resolve relevant issues and create interactions in line with the interests of the organization -Efforts to motivate staff, the spirit of cooperation and carte blanche between units and increase their efficiency and productivity to advance goals -Daily monitoring of reports submitted from different units and reviewing and analyzing them and, if necessary, determining corrective action -Prepare the required reports of senior managers -Establishing appropriate and limited branch communication and interaction with government departments, organizations, and institutions (municipality, labor office, insurance) to better coordinate and facilitate the current affairs of the company and personnel. -Conduct the final recruitment interview of the units in order to further control the inputs -Control of human resources issues such as the timely presence of staff in the branch, leave, deduction, absence -Pursue the creation of a safe environment to maintain the health of people working in the branch -Receiving changes in the organization's processes and goals from senior managers and timely informing the forces under management -Interaction and coordination with human resource managers for matters related to recruitment and exit approvals

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent (food industry, industrial management, business management, and other related fields) -Minimum 5 years of work experience related to supply chain management/distribution management (at least 3 years of experience as a manager or boss)
