Job Description

-Manage all negotiations with logistics suppliers, external & internal customers -Ensure the business operates within the company's mission statement -Ensure that the performance of the Central Operational Management Team is efficient, effective and delivered within budget -Improve and develop operations performance by monitoring KPIs -Design & Improve the logistics/warehouse process & procedures -Monitor all Regional Operations Managers’ performance -Design the short term & long term business plan aligned to company strategies -Develop Key Performance indicators of Operational Services -Provide the Chief Operations Officer by comprehensive reports -Drive the operations business to increase profits and generate positive cash flow -Lead the Regional Operations Managers to ensure the delivery of the quality and cash flow objectives -Ensure all financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all operations departments/branches -Develop business by gaining new logistics contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions

Requirements

-At least bachelor degree -Over than 5 years’ of experience in the related position -Experience in FMCG field is necessary -Superb negotiation skills -Business/financial acumen and Supply Chain knowledge -Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics -Excellent communication skills, both oral and written -Time management and organizational skills -Change management skills -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Positive attitude to continued learning -Familiarity and full control of the province and the suburbs of the region -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people -Good judgment and decision-making -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45 -Gender Preference: Preferably Male
