Job Description

Job description: The Reginal Sales Manager at Seylaneh Sabz would contribute to increase market share and drive sales for the respective area to help achieve our aggressive sales targets in a manner to understand and meet consumer’s expectations. The core tasks and responsibilities can be listed as below: ● Provide written reports to the CEO. ● Develop an annual sales plan based on the policies of the organization. ● Achieving sales goals in the target market. ● Periodic visits to the covered areas. ● Effective communication with factory manager, planning manager and marketing manager. ● Address customer dissatisfaction and resolving the above issues in the field of sales. ● Improve the quality of customer orientation. ● Implementation of sales activities of the organization's products and services. ● Develop sales price strategies and determine price plans and discount rates. ● Supervise vendors, distributors and operating methods to ensure business performance efficiency. ● Collect and analyze sales reports and statistics. ● Determine sales goals in relation to the growth of the organization and the presence of competitors. ● Analyze the financial aspects of manufactured products to determine the profitability of sales. ● Plan, train and perform appraisal of subordinate employees as well as developing and controlling sales and service plans. ● Monitor customer orders and track claims.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields (Marketing, Management, Business). ● Minimum 10+ years’ sales leadership experience. ● Ability to manage in high-tension driven situations. ● Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated. ● Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and persuasive. ● Creative problem solving and expert level analytical skills. ● Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software. ● Capable in various aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy. ● Capable in the areas of team building and leadership. ● Capable of external negotiations and effective communication within the organization. ● Have an analytical and result-oriented personality. ● Ability to travel and alternate missions.
