Job Description

-Active role in forecasting & budgeting of HR recruitment per quarter -Prepare HR sourcing & events proposal for different job classes recruitment -Define job descriptions & competencies -Executive search, call interviews based on competency, general interviews -Prepare interview flowchart, Tests, assessment centers, forms -Implement Learning & Development procedure, training calendar, Evaluation of training & Source & effectiveness -Responsible person in recruitment & selection procedure & accountable for general interviews -Responsible person for Learning & Development procedure and accountable for implementation -Design induction plan for new joiners and accountable for implementing the plan -Provide perfect support, assertive to meet the deadlines in Recruitment, Learning & Development & Induction Plan *Job Location: Jordan Street

Requirements

-At least B.S. in related education -Minimum 4 years work experience in the same position -Updated with modern recruiting tools and active in sites such as IranTalent, LinkedIn, Jobinja, job vision -Ability to run recruitment campaigns such as participation in job exhibitions -Well experienced in Training, Learning & Development function -Result oriented, Self-motivated, Fresh & positive, well dressed and organized, quick learner and ambitious -A person who is seeking for feedback, enjoy about HR job, hard worker & able to manage priorities -Happy with pay for position & pay for performance system -Fluent in English
