Requirements
• BS/MA in Human Resource Management, MBA, Psychology or related fields
• at least 3 years of related experience
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (e.g., CV screening, Interviewing...)
• Familiar with Recruitment standards
• Familiar with FMCG industry activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Attention to details, Strong decision making
and analyzing skills, Good listening skills, Smart and fast learner
