Job Description

-Participate in human resource planning and collaboration in identifying and prioritizing the recruitment needs and required expertise -Applicable to the needs of the organization (recruitment plan) -Developing the process of recruiting, updating and improving it, and presenting innovative methods. -Compilation job description -Finding, listing, Inserting job posts and collecting applicable resumes made to the company's business identification and recruitment appointments. -Perform professional interviews with applicants -Setting up a new and old staffing contract, and controlling all staff members from an appropriate contract within the organization's needs -Provide reports on the status of manpower, employment, exit and etc. -Collaborate in the development of other human resources processes such as education and development, performance evaluation, replacement and etc.

Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in recruiting - Familiar with HR tasks - At least a Bachelor Degree in Management - Have discipline - Enthusiastic about Educable - Excellent communication skills -Teamwork skill - Flexible and punctual - Search skill and Understand New Content - Fluent in office
