We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who enjoys working in a technically challenging environment and as part of a team at Golrang System (professional IT Company of GIG).
Main responsibilities are as below:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with line managers and team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility
• Drive the recruitment process from A to Z and ensure both speed and quality of hires
• Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates
• Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
• Actively participate in continuous process improvement programs by revising process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommending changes
• Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques, providing interview skills training if needed
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology / M.S. degree in HR & relevant certification is a plus.
- At least 4 years of recruitment experiences.
- Familiarity with Recruiting Channels and Sourcing CV.
- Experience in recruiting for IT-based companies is a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge and Skills in Staffing, Recruitment Marketing, Interviewing and other Selection Testing, Design and implementation process.
- Flexible to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel…).
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
