Job Description

We are currently looking for skilled, agile and energetic HR professional to support and contribute to the people functions: -Assisting in full life-cycle recruitment including effective sourcing strategy and research methods to proactively develop talent pipeline, per-screening, phone interviews & competency based interview and facilitating the hiring process -Planning to promote employment site of company. - Implementing & Enriching on-boarding programs. -Report Recruitment metrics . -Cooperating to handle HR office affairs relevant to employee functions. -Engage effectively with employees and develop Employee Engagement in all HR operation touch point. -Implementation & facilitation of Employer Brand project

Requirements

-At least 2 years of recruiting experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a high growth environment. -Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. -Creating a comprehensive plan for establishing and nurturing talent pipelines in alignment with business needs. -Ability to demonstrate agility, effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. -Positive and active attitude. -Good communication written and oral in English and interpersonal skills. -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Bachelor degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields is preferred.
