Job Description
- Source candidates through various methods and proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation for business need - Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates - Holding competency-based interviews with candidate shortlisted and following up on the interview process status - Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics - Implementation and facilitation of employer branding projects - Assisting in updating and implementation of workforce planning
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - English language fluency - Strong interpersonal and communication skill - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
