Job Description
• Drive the recruitment process from A to Z and ensure both speed and quality of hires • Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates • Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies • Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques, providing interview skills training if needed
Requirements
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience • Flexibility and ability to travel to other provinces • Detailed knowledge of assessment and selection recruitment methodologies and tools • Master university degree (preferably in HRM or Industrial psychology) • Experience in recruiting for Retails or Sales-based companies is a distinct advantage
