Job Description
● Keep the hiring channels active and follow the recruitment process.
● Find qualified candidates for open positions through appropriate recruitment channels.
● CV screening based on required qualifications among applied candidates
● Schedule and conduct telephone interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and take recruitment tests from the candidates.
● Participate in the socialization process of the selected candidates with human resource experts (providing the necessary documents and explanations about the organization, introduction to colleagues, etc.).
● Provide recruitment information for deputies and managers and obtain employment permits.
