Job Description

● Keep the hiring channels active and follow the recruitment process. ● Find qualified candidates for open positions through appropriate recruitment channels. ● CV screening based on required qualifications among applied candidates ● Schedule and conduct telephone interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and take recruitment tests from the candidates. ● Participate in the socialization process of the selected candidates with human resource experts (providing the necessary documents and explanations about the organization, introduction to colleagues, etc.). ● Provide recruitment information for deputies and managers and obtain employment permits.

Requirements

● Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and recruiting websites. ● Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates. ● Familiar with applicant tracking systems. ● Good written and verbal communications skills. ● Recruitment and Job Interviewing skills. ● Ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities. ● Strong interpersonal skills. ● Process Improvement skills. ● Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.
