Job Description

● Identify hiring needs. ● Determine a recruitment action plan. ● Offer new and innovative recruitment methods and hiring processes. ● Primary screening CVs according to the job specifications. ● Screen phone interview. ● Design and implementation of pre-employment tests. ● Do general and specialized behavioral job interviews.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, and related fields. ● Attention to detail and high accuracy. ● Teamwork and communication skills. ● Flexible. ● Advanced in Excel. ● Advanced in English.
