Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE … Sourcing: Implement on sourcing tools (i.e. Iran Talent & LinkedIn). Support the HR recruitment team across the country in terms of sourcing, posting positions online, feedback on interviews, other assessment tools and placing candidates on key positions. Develop and Improve material for the training. Youth Initiative: Facilitate and implement youth initiatives by focusing on the 3 main areas: Career Advising (by focusing on "readiness for work" activities), Internships & Apprenticeships and Graduate development (which includes both Center of Excellence and GDP). Provide support, material and advice to the country in order to capitalize on the initiatives. Competency base interview process: ● Enhancing the skills of the HR team on CBI through training on the tool by observing interviews by providing the necessary feedback in order to enhance the talent selection process across the country. In addition to conducting with Line Managers on interview skills using the CBI tool in order to improve the overall quality of recruitment. Enable delivery of talent acquisition services: ● Support line managers on recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process , lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates, manage offers to candidates, together with recruitment team. ● Measure performance through KPIs and measures and ensure continuous improvement within NCE framework. ● Align recruitment budget and track spending.

Requirements

ARE YOU A FIT? Key experiences: ● Experience of managing multiple stakeholders effectively, often with different hiring requirements. ● Experience working in the recruiting industry, with a mix of recruitment agency and in-house talent acquisition would be a plus. ● Experience of supporting managers on interviewing and modern recruiting methodology is an advantage. ● Successful execution of measured objectives. ● Influencing and networking with stakeholders. ● Use of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates. ● Experience of identifying relevant skills and cultural fit. ● Experience of pre-screening and assessment. Other personal qualities: ● Resilience to ensure delivery of goals despite changing environment or landscape. ● Strong people agility to ensure successful working with diverse groups of people, political agility, skilled communication and strong conflict management. ● Demonstrates an understanding and interest in labor market dynamics and generational differences in the workplace. ● Personal gravitas and credibility to build strong professional relationships. ● Acknowledges and respects the contribution & abilities of all employees irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion etc. ● Self-directed in projects, tasks and learning. ● English proficiency is a must.
