• Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Human Resources Industrial and relative field. • At least 5 years of related work experience. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills. • Familiar with Law and staffing matters. • Flexible to work under pressure. • Talented to learn different approaches. • Skillful in problem solving. • Having strong team working abilities. • Influencing and negotiating skills.
