Job Description
As a recruiter, you will have the autonomy to partner with our hiring managers directly to identify the resources needed to accomplish our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to develop our company’s hiring process by recommending new policies and practices, to ensure smooth sailing for the candidates, as well as the interviewers.
● Establishing recruitment requirements by following IranTalent objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
● Writing job descriptions and posting job opportunities on the IranTalent website.
● Determining applicant qualifications by phone interviewing, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
● Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules, and participating in face-to-face interviews with managers.
● Preparing job offers, sending them to select candidates, and applying for reference checks.
● Onboarding new hires.
