Job Description

• Perform general administrative and clerical support • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars for colleagues and customers • Develop and maintain a filing system • Submit and reconcile expense reports • Make travel arrangements • Greet visiting customers and complete required reception forms • Accepting company visitors with full arrangement for their business needs • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques • Controlling and generating attendance reports

Requirements

• 2 Years of experience • Bachelors degree • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) • Time management • Planning and organizing ability • Problem Solving Skills • Attention to details • Exceptional multi-tasker • Excellent and effective communication skills • Strong customer service skills
