As a Receptionist, you will be tasked with a number of front-of-house activities to ensure that our client achieves the courtesy and professionalism standards that have helped make them a world leader. Main responsibilities are as below: -Project a professional appearance at all times, reflecting the organisation -Greet visitors and clients when they enter the offices and convey their arrival to the appropriate person -Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy and presentable -Respond to all incoming switchboard calls -Switchboard management -Screen calls prior to passing them forward to the right person -Manage and confirm meeting room usage, reconfirming booking and ensuring cancellations are communicated -Meeting room booking and management. -Taking and directing calls -Meeting and greeting visitors with the right degree of professionalism *This role is suitable for those who have held the role of Receptionist, Secretary, Administrator, Front of House Manager, Office Administrator, Reception Assistant, EA, PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Admin Assistant.
