Job Description

Objective of the role: Increase quality and speed of reception process, Make an enjoyable and memorable visit for customers, Generate least-mistake and updated cooperation and coordination with Technical and part department, Generate required Information for CRM department. List of responsibilities: 1) Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars for customers 2) Greet visiting customers and complete required reception forms 3) Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public 4) File and maintain records using seven software 5) Receive payment and record receipts for services. 6) Perform administrative support tasks 7) Transmit information or documents to customers 8) Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare required information about customers 9) Answer and organizing phone calls 10) Maintain for reception department's condition. Reporting to: Reception Supervisor. Length of Probation Period: 2-3 months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7:30- 17 * Thursday 7:30- 14. Gross Monthly Base Salary: 2-3 Million Toomans per month. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Bonus According to Evaluation Results.

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years’ experience in related or similar positions. Specialist knowledge: Word and Excel, Customer Relationship, Driving, Basic Knowledge about Cars and Repair. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skill, Ability to work as a team member, Excellent communication skill, Ability to handle complainant customer, Systematic thinking. University Qualifications: BSc or Higher Degree in Related Courses
