Job Description

The job holder is committed to develop highly innovative milk products as well as to improve existing products and production technologies. Be responsible to create/change of any raw material, packing material, semi and finished product specification and formulations under compliance of local & global Baby food standards. Follow trends and technological developments in the nutritional food business and translates them into new products, possible savings and/or improvements.

Requirements

Technical: - BSc in food science or Chemical engineering, - Familiar with nutrition & health, chemistry/physics, formulation, Sensorial evaluation, quality & food safety, research & development in food industries - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular) - Fluent in English - Strong communication and negotiation skills. Behavioral: - Creative/ innovative mindset, flexible - Able to perform within tight time frames - Strong team player.
