Job Description
•support the design, development, and qualification of packaging components (many forms of primary packaging, and secondary packaging) with the support of suppliers and/or Capability colleagues to enable the initiative master plan, meeting brand design's intent, fit for use (FFU) requirements and cost targets in a timely manner. •Important responsibilities include: planning and executing packaging and supplier qualifications, planning and executing technical tests and trials, defining and solving technical problems, including documenting findings in technical reports, conducting line trials and validation of packing processes, providing technical input to the artwork process, and ownership of technical standards. •Skills in prototyping for new designs.
Requirements
•A Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering •intermediate or advanced English skills. •Ability to collaborate across the organization Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. •Ability to share project updates, write learning plans and summaries, articulate key learnings and recommendations, influence decisions needed by team/management, and communicate risks and status appropriately. •Track record of self-motivation and accountability. •Mastery of packaging work processes (Experimental trials, Qualifications & Validations) and digital systems to execute projects. •Track record of successful execution of development delivery in a fast paced and dynamic environment. •Hands on approach to plan and execute technical tasks and methods to meet project needs, solve challenging problems, increase technical understanding, and drive productivity.
