Job Description

● Lead all activities in the R&D department for developing new products. ● Troubleshoot technical, formulation, and processing issues during product development and commercialization. ● Prioritize and manage multiple projects to achieve project deadlines. ● Run and monitor pilot, and manufacturing scale-up and verification batches. ● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

● University degree: Pharmacist. ● At least 5 years of experience in the R&D-related field and a minimum of 3 years as an R&D Manager. ● Highly Experienced in product and formula development. ● Familiarity with related GMPs, ICH, and guidelines. ● Being familiar with analytical test methods and validation. ● Experience in the field of dietary supplements is an advantage. ● Strong documentation, organization, troubleshooting, and time management skills. ● Problem-solving skills.
