Job Description

● Perform and follow up all activities related to a new product development project from idea phase to mass production. ● Prepare and supervise project progress and report to senior managers. ● Manage R&D procedures, troubleshoot, and scale-ups.

Requirements

● Education: Pharmaceutical. ● Familiar with GMP, ICH, guidelines as well as pharmaceutical procedures. ● Familiar with analytical test methods, validation. ● Excellent business analysis skills. ● Familiar with APQP procedure and new product development phases. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D manager. ● Good level of English language and communication. ● Familiar with MS Project or similar software. ● Team-oriented but also able to work independently and take on responsibility. ● Excellent communication/negotiation skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Creative thinking. ● Great negotiation skills.
