Job Description

•Main Objective: -Implement the standards in the area of Research and Development with regards to the respective regulations of ministries and organizations concerned (e.g. health, standard, ISO) to ensure compliance -New Material study and investigation to be used in new sku’s, and alternative materials to be replaced with current ones to enhance efficiency. -Modification and review of RM & FG test instruction/procedure -Offer new proposals and ideas in order to change formulations and quality that can provide market advantage •Main Responsibilities: -Specify physical and chemical parameters for FG and RM according to ISO 9000 and conduct raw material risk assessment -Supervise lab trials and result analysis and relevant modifications in formulation till achieving the desired result -Collaborate with production during trial in new projects and problem solving -Coordinate with R&D centers outside the facility In order to research and trace the results within the scope of the activities -Clarify obsolete and expired materials and define rework procedure for recovery of damaged products -Clarify and analyze rejected and scraped products -Review customer complaints
