To develop highly innovative agricultural products as well as to improve existing products and production technologies. Follow trends and technological developments in the agricultural business and translate them into new products, possible savings and/or improvements. Coordinate the activities and requirements of Persol startups in agricultural fields.
Requirements
• Educated in Agricultural fields • Familiar with startup culture and ecosystem • Systematic thinking and experience. • Having teamwork skills • Good public relations • Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible and cooperative • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English • Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office, etc.) • Ideal age range: 25-35 • Previous experience in agricultural startups is an advantage.
