The core tasks and responsibilities of Raw Material Purchasing Specialist can be listed as below: ● Full responsibility for sourcing, ordering and monitoring the supply of local and foreign direct purchasing. ● Full responsibility for documentation and following the guidelines of compliance purchasing. ● Running tenders/auctions for sourcing activities and full documentation in the context. ● Supplier relationship management. ● In charge of supply base efficiency and alternative sourcing and capacity management. ● Establish a supplier database and their periodic evaluation. ● Examine feedstock price trends and domestic rates. ● Check the status of inventory control and supply optimization. ● Provide financial analysis reports to determine the best reasonable purchase price.
