Job Description

Mission: • To implement, configure and maintain all products rate (Voice, SMS, Broadband, New Sectors&...), including tariff plans, discount schemes, different service packages, and seasonal offer /promotions and rating project. • To support activities in the rating team to assess and control opportunities for revenue leakage that could occur pre-launch, during launch and post launch of new or changed product / service / subscriber promotion / incentive program / key network element or billing system change. • Task Complexity: • To provide full support and coordinate all business projects and operations related to structure of BSS & OSS and charging & Billing system and any relative nodes (such as network nodes, USSD, self-care application, middle ware, payment gateway, CRM , third party, vendors). • To coordinate and deliver offer creation process (Bolton/Refill/Voucher) that is coming from all departments to ensure system smoothness and avoid any duplication & mismatch in the whole system. • To recommend solution on rating issues and bottle necks, redesign processes to ensure resolution of issues. • To control the test of new rate plans, features and services to make sure they are done correctly and on time before and after migrating to production environment for all products/services. • To investigate the charging methodologies with different suppliers to find efficient solution. • To rectify all the issues in the billing and charging system that has been raised from internal and external sources (RA, CR and CRA) in a timely and accurate manner. • To support and implement charging rules on top of Roaming, International and MVNO retail business. • To review logic on all revenue streams to prevent revenue leakage or issue on any services. • To assess and report on revenue enhancement to detect or effect analysis of all exist and new products. • to collaborate with various MKT teams in their projects which has a tie in rating system and implement required changes as a part of the project • To integrate product enhancement requirements with technical specifications such as Billing & Charging system, network design and handset compatibility to design new product and services. • To launch bundle and revenue dashboard to detect daily revenue of each product and services and total revenue. • To perform periodic check and test of the rating chain to ensure billing integrity, identify issues and escalate them based on procedure. • To generate statistical reports in downstream investigate mismatches and escalate them based on procedures. • To support any emergency change and request that decided by MKT or another department which is related to our team (in anytime). • To communicate Compliance with CRA/CRC-Per division (CRA Letter Answering, CRA Complaint, CRA meeting, New Decision, etc.)

Requirements

Education: • BS in in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related. • BSc Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics is advantage. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others Knowledge and skills: • Fluent in English. • Experience in Database Table & Relational Structure management • Experience in charging telecom systems • Project Management Skills • Report writing skill (ETL) • Data Analysis skill • Need to demonstrate structural thinking with enough flexibility. • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
