Job Description

Mission: •To design and implement Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management measurement and reporting (RAFM) frameworks (Risk and Control Matrix, Leakage and Benefits model and Maturity Model) within company. •To prepare and present RAFM performance of MTNIrancell operations to executive, management and stakeholders to ensure targets are met and the performance are optimized. Task Complexity: •To research on international best practices and trends of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management measurement in mobile industry and IP environments, and develop RAFM maturity evaluation model within the company. •To support RAFM team to identify best practices in RAFM, analyze and design methodology for tenable implementation. •To participate in RA steering committee discussions on development of RA measurements, operation discussions on the development and integration of RA measurement frameworks, and industry standards working forums to provide an MTNIrancell -focused input to development of new or improved RA working measurement standards. •To interact with and engage other relevant divisions for definition and integration of RA measurement practices to ensure alignment and effectiveness in integration of these practices within their domains. •To measure the performance and impact of introduction RAFM measurement framework to MTNIrancell business and ensure its alignment with performance measures used and agreed within MTN Group. •To provide consultancy support for other division in RAFM measurement submissions. •To plan review meetings in terms of agenda and content, note meeting actions and follow up them with owners. •To coordinate with internal / external auditors and Group Revenue Assurance and Fraud teams to provide them with required information •To update all observations noted and methods used to determine observations to all RAFM staff who conducting RAFM activities.

Requirements

Education: •B.Sc. in Computer, Industrial Engineering or other related area is acceptable •Fluent in English Experience: •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecom domain experience – especially in an operational and/or policy experience •with experience in supervising others •Experience working in a medium organization Knowledge: •Good knowledge of IT, Finance and other business related issues •Working knowledge of MTN/GSM/ /Telecom industry especially the Prepaid business •Trend analysis and interpretation •Operations knowledge of Telecom Company. •Ability to influence across the organization. •Understand industry trends, fraud type trends, driver trends, operational impact on fraud losses, case autopsies and recommendations, consortium reporting, macro business analysis, key projects, risk management tools and performance, business reviews, internal training on fraud trends and schemes
